China’s First National AI Terminal Expo Opens in Shenzhen, Showcasing Over 1,000 Smart Products
On May 22, the 2025 Global AI Terminal Expo and the 6th Shenzhen International Artificial Intelligence Exhibition officially opened at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center (Futian). As China’s first national exhibition focused exclusively on AI terminals, the event marks a major milestone in the development and application of artificial intelligence across industries.
Spanning an impressive 25,000 square meters, the expo features five major exhibition zones: Smart Terminals, All-in-One Large Model Applications and Industry Solutions, Innovative Enterprises and Products, Core Technologies, and Human-Robot Interaction. More than 300 companies from 15 countries and regions are participating, showcasing over 1,000 cutting-edge AI terminal products and solutions.
The event highlights nine key categories of AI terminals, including AI smartphones, AI PCs, AI tablets, all-in-one large model machines, and AI-powered wearable devices. By integrating core technologies, terminal hardware, and real-world AI applications, the expo presents a comprehensive view of the current state and future potential of artificial intelligence.
One of the key focuses of the exhibition is the growing integration of large language models and multimodal AI capabilities into consumer and industry devices. From intelligent assistants in phones to AI-enhanced productivity tools in PCs, and healthcare-focused wearable tech, the showcased products reflect how AI is being embedded into everyday life and business operations.
The expo is more than just a product showcase. It also serves as a critical platform for collaboration, innovation, and knowledge exchange. A series of high-level forums, keynote speeches, product launches, and business matchmaking sessions are taking place alongside the exhibition. These events provide valuable opportunities for companies, researchers, and government representatives to explore the commercial potential of AI terminals and discuss challenges in scaling AI applications.
As artificial intelligence moves from theoretical development to widespread deployment, Shenzhen continues to play a pioneering role in driving technological progress. Hosting China’s first dedicated AI terminal expo further strengthens the city’s position as a hub for innovation, advanced manufacturing, and smart industries.
With its global scope, record participation, and future-focused themes, the 2025 Global AI Terminal Expo is not only a major event for the industry but also a strong signal of China’s ambition to lead the next wave of AI-powered transformation.
